The venue is reasonably large and fairly clean with a fantastic value and absolutely charming stuff. A wide range of products for a great breakfast. Central location near to the gardens as well as a superb lounge to chill out there, tidy and delightful rooms. Lovely food in the restaurants such as Happy Gathering, located 10 min away.

The property was clean and staff was lovely and charming. The bedroom was impressive and bright. The breakfast was very very good and well presented with ALBERT THE CHEF, tea or coffee and preserves.
They asked to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to get access to the net, nevertheless Wi-Fi connection was weak.
