Well, it was an excellent stay for both sides of the town and quiet at night. The setting was excellent, right by central Llandudno, restaurants, shops, sea front, and the sea front and shops. Also, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Great Orme Tramway.

The staff are excellent friendly, the hotel is fairly clean and the breakfast is delicious! The rooms are beautifully presented and well-equipped and have particularly nice views of the mountains. It has an excellent location in a Quiet Road. And it's nestled in a spotlessly clean building short walk to the seafront and pier and high street shops, beach and the centre of the town.
