Marvellous setting, it's adjacent to train station, shops, railway station and beach and centre. One of tourist spots - The Tower - is not too far from the hotel, enjoyed that. Brilliant rooms complete with the bed in a screwed up heap, the TV was, for example.

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Simply a 10-minute walk to skegness beach, which was good. Cod and cockerel served dishes within 600 metres off the hotel.
