It was an amazing and clean hotel. Lovely staff gave advice on things to do. The rooms were fairly quiet with harbour view, bathroom and the general decor as described. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was brilliant! The property's location was marvellous and brilliant, on the harbour.

Recently refurbished place, exceptionally comfortable beds, pleasant staff. Lots of nice food for meals. Spotless room and central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card inside. Marvellous and lovely location of the hotel, not far from the sea front, Brownsea Island and shops and pubs & restaurants.

You guys made my stay fabulous short. The hotel was comfortable, as expected. The location was stunning for Poole, near bus station, and pier and boat yard. It was nice for getting to Rnli Lifeboat Museum.

It was just next door to the harbour and Brownsea Island, Brown sea and the center of Poole, good and stunning location overall.
