It was as expected, had a really really nice stay on the night of 27 August 2022. The venue was clean and the staff were friendly and incredible. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was tiny. A mini-fridge and a safe box were standard, but I appreciated that. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.

The food was nice, with lots of options. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive hole time of my stay. The location seemed absolutely perfect and magnificent outside of the pub. Plus, it was 5 minutes drive by car from Saint Matthias.

Really nice stay on the night of 27 August 2022. Fairly clean place, soundproof rooms, amiable and exceptionally nice staff. The rooms with a good shower. Overall unbeatable and excellent location not far from the center of Brighton, the back garden and Amex stadium. Delicious and nice meals.
