The location was magnificent, close to amusements, convenient to go everywhere. Moreover, the hotel was within easy walking distance of Boating Lake. The whole room was well-maintained with very nice bedding and bathroom plus a comfy mattress. The cost was £ 78.

We greatly enjoyed it. Stuff was very welcoming and incredible and hotel is fairly clean and luxury! The location close to amusements was good and unbeatable for us. Popped in Mercat Bar for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Everything is perfect here. The suite is well-maintained and has central heating, coffee/tea makers and a TV. The location is magnificent and perfect, 15 minutes' walk to Skegness Pier. What's more, it's in a busy area next to the centre. When I am in Skegness, I like staying here.
