Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't feel like leaving. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. The location was marvellous for first time visitors to Skegness. The property was set in a really quiet area;)))

All in all, it was fantastic base for travelling to Skegness. The room we had included a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. The bed was extremely comfy, we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly, the bathroom was good. The location was great and peaceful, just next door to Skegness.

The staff was very friendly - I would stay here again. The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a very quite area, close to Skegness. I truly enjoyed configuration of the caravan. Included a dishwasher, a fridge and an electric kettle, and the bed was lovely. The location was peaceful and I could use free parking on-site. Also, such main attraction as Skegness Pier was 4 km from this property...

Excellent home base for 3 nights. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Helpful staff and great location adjacent to Skegness. Also, in the middle of the city. Just perfect stay, as always.

The location was quiet and lovely in the middle of the city. The staff were really helpful and lovely without being intrusive. We had a separate bedroom.
