Magnificent location and fairly clean place, I loved super-friendly staff. Booked twin room with a TV, a tea and coffee maker, and a hair dryer. The breakfast had plenty of coffee, tea, and biscuits.
My bed was not great.

The location very near quay for the Scillonian was excellent for us. And it was also just off town center great staff and food with a nice bar.
It had not great beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Overall it was spacious for the iron. The location for Penzance was great and incredible, really close to the Fountain Tavern as well as town center great stuff. Also, it was placed just 1 km from Chapel Street.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, excellent food, excellent views. I asked for twin room and it was airy. Extra touches like coffee/tea makers, a kettle, and blinds were a treat, staff were super-friendly. The location was good and unbeatable, away from sea front with easy access to a market and shops.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a central area, really close to town center great staff as well as the train station, shops and places to eat in Penzance. We have spent 2 days in twin room with a comfortable bed and a tasty breakfast of local fare plus the bathroom, everything was very good. The service was efficient throughout our stay. Very early check-in was a bonus. Central location was a plus.
