Really enjoyed our rooms with a view. The staff were attentive and extra attentive and the pool was clean. The location down the garden was excellent for us. Further, it was just next door to the gardens.

That was high quality and well-run hotel set in particularly good area, really close to public transport or walking along the coastal path as well as the outside cafe. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect and the room was neat. Seafood restaurant Albatross Fish & Chips was located 15 minutes walk away.
Some people working there were slightly abrupt.

The hotel had a stunning location especially on the way back as it was all up hill. Further, it was near to the restaurant, and gardens.

It is in incredible and spectacular location to Saint Ives Theatre, set near the hotel. We stay there regularly and would stay here again, everything was good.

Nothing too much trouble. Food is brilliant. The hotel was situated so close to clodgy point and also we could visit Belgrave Gallery. Even the Penzance airport was not so far. Location was within 10 min walking distance to Harbour Sand
