The food was brilliant and the bar was lovely. The location was marvellous in a calm area, really close to the town centre and seafront, all the main town and amusements and beach & shops. The staff were good and obliging, gave us great tips.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, not too far from Boating Lake. And it was also close enough to the shops, Skegness and the aquarium. The rooms were huge and with a terrific full English breakfast, the bathroom, as for instance. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus❤
