The bedroom was airy and new-fashioned. Having tea and coffee making equipment, a multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities was very convenient. The location was convenient, just off Ladram Bay and other seaside places, the gorgeous Jurassic coast and Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. Also, the hotel was 20 minutes walk from Bispham Parish Church.

If visiting Budleigh Salterton, I would stay here again. The hotel stuff is extremely helpful and competent. This property is in a nice location, very close to Ladram Bay, and fields. Also, its located 2 km from Ladram Bay. They serve good food, have plenty of options to choose from.
