The staff is great, and the owner too. The triple room is gorgeous and has central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making equipment. Our beds are exceptionally comfortable. The setting is magnificent and incredible, really close to Gynn Square, the piers and shopping centres, and tram line and plenty of parking. North Shore district won't disappoint you. We couldn't recommend more this hotel to all, really enjoyed its location.

Thank you for a such great stay, would happily go back again. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was gorgeous. The staff is lovely and absolutely amazing, as well as host. The setting is marvellous and perfect, it's not far from tram stop and promenade and tram stop. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill with nice drinks.
