I came here with my wife. The room was tidy and compact, with smoke detectors and great views over the sea. I loved wake-up service available. The location to various bars & restaurants around seafront was marvellous.

The units are neat with private bathroom. They have central heating, iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment. This property is in a marvellous and lovely location, close enough to east anglia as well as shops & railway station. I would recommend the venue to anyone.

This hotel was convenient base for exploring Lowestoft, loved it. The room I booked was airy and provided with a bath, a separate bathroom, a very comfortable bed. The decor was nice and the staff were professional. Have stayed here many times and would stay there again.
