The personnel was attentive and affable, and the owner too. My double room was huge, had a very comfy bed. Multi-channel TV, a sitting area, and ironing facilities were much appreciated.

The property was excellent with attentive staff. The location was central, very close to whitby and all the bars restaurants and places of interest as well as the town centre. Also, Pannett Park was 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The venue is absolutely fantastic and lovely, its location is incredible, very close to Whitby shopping area as well as the lovely garden. All the rooms are spotless for the massive bath and the staff is friendly. Would stay here again, thoroughly enjoyed this place, thank you.
