I loved the place, it was overall clean & the staff were very amiable and amicable. There were a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating in my standard king room. Had perfect location in the middle of the city, right next to a victorian museum.

The food was gorgeous and the bar was pleasant. The location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, for example, The Cavern Club was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We greatly enjoyed staying 4 nights here. It was perfectly clean with very friendly staff. The hotel made a delicious breakfast. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for Sandown, close to the sea front and the beautiful sandy beach, pubs, restaurants, walks and bus routes.

We loved this pleasant and quirky hotel and had an enjoyable time. The staff was affable and excellent, and with great personal attitude. There were comfortable beds and a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV set inside the room. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach. The venue was set in a nice area.
