The room was newly decorated and generous-sized with comfortable beds, just what we needed. The location was perfect and excellent: a market and interesting independent shops were within walking distance. The hotel was set in a really comfortable area.

The weather was warm, had great stay in a very pretty town. The staff were outstanding and fantastic too. It was a great and fab location close to surrounding areas like Hastings, Battle and Csmber. Moreover, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Cleveleys Front Promenade.

Clean and fantastic place, has pleasant views over the town and river. The rooms are en suite and functional, the staff is courteous. The jazz bar offers hot drinks. First-class service, the breakfast is warm and very very good. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi throughout the property is very quick. I would stay here again thanks to very central location.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was functional and impeccably clean with comfortable location in conservatory overlooking the Quay. The staff was incredibly helpful and very amiable and provided very good service. The check in was early and the atmosphere was family throughout the property. I spent a very good time here, couldn't recommend more to anyone.

Every single thing was perfect. The breakfast was very good with good quality food, all the food was lovely. The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to the centre of Rye-a lovely historic town, the restaurant for dinner and the quayside. Also, we were at a short distance from Mermaid Street.

Thoroughly enjoyed Rye, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant by boats "revving up " on the river. The standard queen room was heated with a comfy bed. The breakfast offered lots of lovely meals. The setting was good and perfect, so close to the Heritage centre, the Antique, and particularly the areas overlooking the river. Fast food restaurant Oriental Delight was 500 metres away from the place.

we were here for a wedding celebration. we do recommend it as we appreciated this hotel. taste the food in simply italian, you only need to walk 400 metres to reach it. such tourist sites as ypres tower museum were not far from the venue.
