Everyone was extremely friendly and the room was spotless. The location was very central, short walk to beach, beech and centre and shops and beach. Tried some takeout specials at King's Takeaway, luckily it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. The food they offered was brilliant, had lots of meals.

This hotel was easy base for exploring Llandudno, loved it and property's really helpful staff on another receptionist. The food was good at the cafe. Comfortable and fab location, we were so close to the sea and promenade to one side and the shops and town centre to the other, the beach, and the centre.

This pet-friendly hotel was a good choice for one night. I liked that it was brilliant! Everyone was welcoming and polite. The location of the venue was very central, near shops, CENTER and the queens lodge. They offered me brilliant meals, had lots of options to choose from.

It's enjoyable base for sightseeing and exploring Llandudno. The employees are pleasant and amicable. The location is brilliant, 15 minutes' walk to Leisure Parks. The nice onsite bar serves warm drinks. All in all they offer GOOD service. The property offers great prices.

everything was great, marvellous location so close to the seafront, llandudno, such wonderful experience. the food was fine with plenty of choice! our room was airy with a couch, comfortable beds, the bath. the staff was accommodating and caring, providing an excellent service.
Its breakfast definitely should of been included.
