Tea and toast looked good. Really helpful and very welcoming staff, they helped us a lot. Perfect and excellent location just off Great Orme tram station, the seafront and restaurants and Llandudno, Lovely Hosts, Lovely Room, Lovely Location, pubs and restaurants were close enough to the hotel.

Nice staff, fantastic views of the sea, everything is perfect. Its location is good by the sea. The bets part that it's adjacent to Llandudno close to the seafront and the Great Orme tram stop and the fabulous Tram Fish and Chip Shop/Restaurant.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was perfect. We got king room with very comfy king size bed and loved it. The location was incredible, close to Leisure Parks. The area was nice just next door to Llandudno, sea front, the tram station.

Its location is charming & incredible, right by the Great Orme tram stop and the fabulous Tram Fish and Chip Shop/Restaurant, Llandudno, and the Great Orme. The rooms are new-fashioned, with a lovely view, good shower, for instance provided.

I would recommend to stay here. The venue is pleasant, clean and the location is peaceful and incredible so close to buses as well as transport, shops and sites. The staff are amazing as well as the owner. Their rooms are always spotless and stocked with comfy bed and panoramic views plus a good sized bathroom. The restaurant attached makes excellent food.

We liked this place, everything was excellent. Overall it was new-fashioned and airy with a view. Everywhere there was clean. This accommodation had a central setting next to the Orme Tram stop.

Everything was nice, enjoyed our really nice stay. Everyone was amiable as well as owner. It was stocked, spotless and with very comfy king size bed. The location was easy, not too far from R a o b Club. There was lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from.
